John D. Ruth joined Anselmi & Mierzejewski, P.C. as an associate trial attorney in February, 1997. His trial experience includes claims involving premises liability and product liability. He has extensive experience in automobile negligence actions. Mr. Ruth also handles subrogation actions for no-fault insurers.

Mr. Ruth is a 1991 graduate of Michigan State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1993.

Mr. Ruth has served as a presenter at various seminars in the State of Michigan, including various insurance carriers and the Michigan Department of State, Assigned Claims Facility.
