Katherine "Kate" Tomasik joined Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle P.C. in August, 2016. She concentrates her practice on representing insurance companies in their defense against liability lawsuits, including first and third party Michigan No-Fault litigation. Ms. Tomasik has been licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan since 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tomasik represented banks and lenders in the area of Michigan mortgage default servicing, commercial litigation, foreclosures, and real property/title litigation. She also represented medical providers in first party no-fault litigation. Ms. Tomasik has experience in state, federal, probate, appellate and tribal courts.
