Anselmi, Joseph S. Mierzejewski and John D. Ruth; and associates Casey R. Krause, Mark D. Sowle, Lawrence J. Pochron, Jr., Marcy E. Mierzejewski and Joshua G. Haller.

Anselmi & Mierzejewski, P.C. is located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  Our office is within minutes from the Oakland County Courthouse, and within 45 minutes from the Wayne, Genesee and Macomb County Courts.

Anselmi & Mierzejewski, P.C. serves clients in the metro Detroit area as well as throughout the state of Michigan in the outlying counties of Washtenaw, Livingston, Genesee, Monroe, Lapeer, Lenawee, Berrien, Muskegon, Kent, St. Clair, Tuscola, Bay, Barry, Cass, Kalamazoo, Isabella, Ingham, Allegan, Saginaw, and other Lower Peninsula counties.

In addition to practicing in the Circuit Courts for the State of Michigan, the firm also practices in all State Appellate Courts and the Federal District Courts located in the Eastern District (Detroit) and Western District (Grand Rapids) of Michigan.

 Fees for Legal Services Rendered

Anselmi & Mierzejewski, P.C. charges $135.00 per hour for legal services rendered relative to casualty claim defense.  Statements can be generated at any interval the client requests.  Currently, most insurance carriers and self-insured clients request bills on either a 30, 45, or 90 day basis.
