Biography
Alice E. Bell joined Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle P.C. in 2020. Since joining the firm, Ms. Bell has focused her practice in the area of first party no-fault litigation, and the defense of Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurers. Ms. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University with a major in Political Science. In 2001, she obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. Throughout law school, Ms. Bell worked as a paralegal at the Michigan house counsel defense firm for Farmers Insurance, responsible for research and writing in first- and third-party no-fault matters, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and appeals. Following law school, Ms. Bell became an associate attorney at the same firm. In 2011, she moved to a Plaintiff’s firm, which focused on first-party auto no-fault medical provider litigation, representing hospital clients.
