Biography
Nicholas R. Aukerman joined Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle P.C. in 2022. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Aukerman worked in private practice at an insurance defense firm that practiced in first and third party litigation. In this area, Mr. Aukerman developed extensive experience conducting legal research, writing memorandum and writing case summaries. Before graduating from law school, Mr. Aukerman worked as a law clerk intern for the Honorable Darlene O'Brien in Michigan's 22nd Circuit Court. He also served as an intern for Congressman Tim Walberg of the U.S. Representatives and as a law clerk intern for the Honorable Kurtis Wilder of the Michigan Supreme Court as well as for the Honorable Julia Owdziej of the Michigan 22nd Circuit Court.
