Mark Nawrocki wins major dispositive motions on over $1million insurance fraud case

In December, 2022, shareholder/attorney, Mark Nawrocki successfully argued four (4) Motions for Summary Disposition in different Courts involving the same Claimant and issues of material misrepresentation. The Claimant was involved in a motor vehicle accident on January 9, 2020 and thereafter filed a claim with the MAIPF, which was assigned to Allstate Insurance Company. Through aggressive lawyering and attention to detail, Mr. Nawrocki discovered that the Claimant made false claims regarding his pre-accident injuries, failure to disclose a prior motor vehicle accident, and submitted false replacement services claim for reimbursement. The Courts agreed with Mr. Nawrocki and dismissed $1,106,756.01 in fraudulent claims.
