Biography
Kelsey A. Pinney joined Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle P.C. in 2022. Since joining the firm, Ms. Pinney has worked on numerous first and third party litigation cases.
Ms. Pinney earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in 2009, and her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2017.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Pinney worked as a legal aid staff attorney for Lakeshore Legal Aid, protecting the interests of the lower income and elderly population in the greater Detroit Metro area - fighting poverty and injustice through zealous advocacy. As a legal aid attorney, Ms. Pinney provided professional legal advice and counseling, document review and preparation, negotiation, mediation, and representation in court to improve the status of these individuals and families that she served. Ms. Pinney's prior experience also includes work in appellate practice, medical malpractice defense, and sports law.
